First opening its doors in 2019, Jay Bird’s is a creation of Wild Thyme Restaurant Group with the visionary guidance of Executive Chef Jay Bogsinske. Offering six levels of heat, customers have come far and wide to try our classic chicken sandwich and the viral Mac Daddy sandwich.
